Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is the date confirmed in your carrier tracking, not the order date. Requests after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Item Condition
Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in original manufacturer packaging with all hardware, mounting brackets, and accessories included. Items showing signs of installation, modification, or use are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@vestara.co with your order ID and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Write your RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service. Keep your tracking number.
- Email us your tracking number so we can monitor receipt.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of mind returns: return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only within 3–5 business days. No restocking fees. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of installation or modification
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Items returned without a valid RA number
- Items marked final sale at time of purchase
