All orders ship free to the contiguous 48 United States. No minimum order required. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery from our US warehouses takes 5–8 business days after shipment. Transit times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected automatically to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order ID from your confirmation email.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Vestara is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@vestara.co.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@vestara.co within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and reship or refund your order.
Geographic Coverage
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.
