1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Vestara website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and will notify you promptly.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from US warehouses within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 5–8 business days. Vestara is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@vestara.co with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Product Use
Our lighting products are intended for residential use in the United States. Installation should comply with local electrical codes. Vestara is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper installation or use of our products. Always engage a licensed electrician for hardwired fixture installation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vestara website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vestara or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in US courts.
